The wall mount should tilt left and right.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just installed mine today and I noticed that the "level" (see page 20 of instruction manual) was snug. This affected the tilt up and down also. Just required a lot more effort to move for level (or rotate on center axis and tilt up and down ) Are you sure you mean tilt (again, see page 20 of instruction manual that shows the difference)? I did not experience any binding at all for tilt left to right. Confirm that there's nothing creating a bind when you try to tilt.
