QuestionBought this and a new 43" OLED Samsung from local Best Buy. Heavy duty and easy to install. It's hard to pull the tv out from the wall and I am afraid of damaging the tv. I have to grab the mount and pull the slides together. Can slides be lubricated?

- Answer Hey TBone, Yup you can grease up the tracks. Another thing is when these mounts are installed sometimes the the lag bolt holes are drilled to narrow, pinching the wall plate together when installed. Loosening the lag bolt about one turn on the side where it is hard to pull out and push back in might help relive the compression. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

- Answer Hi there, It's not recommended to use a toggle bolt or install a full-motion mount on drywall. With all the movements the mount is capable of the toggle has a hard time supporting the twisting and turning.

QuestionHouse we bought has this mount, but the previous owners took the columns of the tv bracket. Can I buy replacements or is buying a whole set my only option. Mounted on marble so I don’t want to replace the whole mount.

- Answer It’s the easiest Mount I’ve ever hung a tv on, but the only way it will move to the side is if you have it pulled away from the wall. I put a 75 inch on one and love how it works.
