Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO. They asked I get an electrician to install the box I didn't know I needed. I order the box and then cannot get any electrician to come out and install it. After giving up I put my TV on a stand and tried to return the unused box to Best Buy. Best Buy refused the return due to an imaginary date they use for returns which was caused by their Geek Squad to start with. Had I known they couldn't install a TV I purchased from them I never would have used them to start with. I feel scammed all the way around. Why don't they hire competent installers if they advertise they can install wall mount TV's?
