Absolutely, It will work with your MacBook as well as any Computer, Android Device, or iOS devices with USB-C. You can also convert it to standard USB using an inxepensive USB-C female to USB-A adapter. It is 100% Class Compliant.

Yep it is. Works with the newer generation iPads as well. You can plug right into your MacBook and use as a recording mic.
