Yes, this will work with the iPhone's Voice Memo app. I just tested it using this system with it's TRRS output cable into a Apple Lightning headphone adapter (BH #APLAADAP) and it worked perfectly. There is also a version of this system with a Lightning output receiver: B&H # SABLINK500B4 or B&H # SABLINK500B3
