In response to the Proposition 65 requirements, Sauder Woodworking tests its products on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance. Testing has verified that all of Sauder Woodworking's product do not exceed any triggering threshold for any of the listed Proposition 65 constituents. Accordingly, due to the testing of its products and the resulting verification of compliance, Sauder Woodworking does not label those products that are in compliance with the Proposition 65 safe harbor. If any product, for any reason, becomes one that requires labeling under Proposition 65, then Sauder Woodworking will label such product(s) in full compliance with the requirements of the Proposition 65 and any applicable law.
