• i picked up my deluxe edition right when the store opened this morning that was pre-ordered 3 weeks ago and did not get a steelbook

• I do not believe it needs to be added to your cart as no version of Final Fantasy XVI shows "free bonus item". I believe it will just be first come first serve in store and they'll ship it separately for online orders.
