I believe it might work. The clip itself can me flipped around to accommodate thinner or thicker vents. It is NOT adjustable though.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would think it would work. The product uses friction and is set to use on thin vents in one direction and thicker vents when rotated. The product is very 'forgiving'.
