• Yes for a small fee they will do it for you. I've had them put one on my Samsung watch 3.

• If it is purchased at/from Best Buy then yes. If not, I would ask ahead of time. EVen so, I believe they will install it but it is a $45 fee if it is not purchased from them. Yes, $45.00.

• I know they apply screen protectors to my cell phone and a number of other devices. Recently my wife upgraded her cell phone and we purchased the screen protector there. They charged $8.00 for the application. They indicated if we purchased the phone there it was free, which is a change as used to if you purchased the screen protector there it was included.
