Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They will only install screen protectors that are purchased at Best Buy under manufacturer warranty. This allows them to grab another replacement in store if they were to mess up. I’d guess in your case, it was not purchased from Best Buy and therefore, they cannot apply the screen protector.
