• If you purchased from best buy with a life time warranty than they will place a new one on for free.

• Yes you can. I went to my Best Buy account and pulled up my purchase. They will get the protector ypu need and install it. So easy!

• I am pretty sure if you take your phone in they will replace your screen protector for free, at least that was told to me by the man who placed my screen protector on.
