Twice this happened to me. In my case I called them to request a replacement phone and received it within two days. Then I wiped my cracked phone and put it in the prepaid shipping label/ box/bag to send back to them. Dont forget to send broken phone back to them, they will charge you if you don't (not that much though...it was kinda weird)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First you must go through the screen protectors then Best Buy. Unless it was bought through Best Buy then I would ask for assistance for both through them. Although it will most likely end up with you contacting them for the RMA/Repair.

If you’re seeking compensation, you’d have to go through the manufacturing company and see what they say.

Please try again later.Yeah for the warranty service plan they hook you up with the new screen and they'll put it on for you if you have a crack in there as long as the screen still on the phone but if you take it off then you might have an issue but as long as there's a crack then yeah they they will give you another one
