• No...it has the alps anolog modules. Just like any PS5/Xbox controller.

• No, very few controllers include hall effect thumbsticks. If you decide to purchase any controller, I highly recommend the Best Buy Protection plan. Manufacturers - especially SCUF - like to avoid doing warranty repair. Best Buy is very good about replacement with their plan, in my experience.
