Does this backup via wifi or cable only? null

If you plug this into your router via USB you can access it by wifi. Provided you have setup your router to use it. It does work very good with either wifi or cable. But you need a network to share with all your computers and smartphones and tablets. Works faster using ethernet. Enjoy!

Mine uses a USB3 cable. No wi-fi capability.

This drive does not support standalone wifi access. It must be connected to a host to be used.
