“Do I need to be a software expert to back up my computers with this Hard Drive? Does it come with pre loaded software that makes it easy to do?. The 8 TB will be more than enough storage for me but I do have 2 Desktops and a Laptop I need to back up.”

It's just like any other external drive. Just plug it in, plug in the USB cord to your computer, click through any install options that your computer pops up with, and then it's ready to use.
