• I have a 65" and a 55" Samsung Ultra HD 4K KS9000 and JS8500, respectively, in my home to help answer your question as a fellow consumer. Both TV models support reading and displaying videos, photos, and audio files using the integrated Samsung Content Viewer interface bundled with the TV. 8TB drive recognized and indexed without any problems. No skipping or buffering when watching 4K videos stored on the drive...pretty impressive to watch Matroska (.MKV) movies at original 18 GB/s bitrate, too. You'll be happy with the Seagate drive.
