- Answer The answer to the first part of your question is yes. It does copy any part of your computer, except the movable drives. As for the second part, the answer is yes also but you have to choose the "continuous" backup plan and keep the drive connected to the computer. As such, this option might be suitable for desktops but not for laptops.
