• I think so. Check to see if LG has the Seagate app in the LG App Store. My LG, which is WebOS, works just fine. Also, you can use a cheap cast stick like chromecast.

• I think you can as long as it's connected to the same internet. I have a sony bluray player that is able to access HD videos I have recorded & then play them w/o issues on my HDTV Easily.
