Q: QuestionI plugged it into my ps4 and it is not even recognizing it and it doesn't even read it. Any solutions?

• A:Answer the first question i must ask is: is it a ps4 or a ps4 pro? the regular ps4 has 2 usb port on the front only one of them can run a portable external hd if i remember right it will be the one that is closer to the side of the machine. now the pro has a external hd (usb) port on the back it was put there for just such a device (to keep the front neat) or you can use the front port (the same one as the non pro). i hope this helps
