• All you need to do is connect to your Mac/PC andc format the HD at the first use.

• I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT but Its a high possibility that its capable of being a mac/pc storage. If you try to use it for both you might need to do formats. So stick with one. Either Mac/PC storage or PS5/PS4 storage. Also I'm not an expert just have some experience going through something like this. Also theres a 1% chance that it might not work for Mac/PC.
