- Answer I’m the last person to answer this as a Geek Squad superstar installed it. There’s no App that I can see, just software that advises the user of what’s going on. And yes, I have a Windows 10 desktop.

- Answer Hmm that's as good question! I'm not 100% sure, but if I understand your question correctly, I believe you can start windows as long as it has the correct operating system files installed on it just like if you'd chosen a memory card, (microSD or SD Card), USB flash drive, or the most commonly used- an internal drive.

- Answer Without the use of a commuter? Such as through an adapter? Obviously if you back up iPhone and/or iPad to a Mac or computer, you then can transfer back up to this drive. I have an iPhone, iPad, Macbook, and a Dell Laptop with Windows 11. I own 2 off these external drives a 2TB, & 1TB.

Question1. How easy is the restore to a mac (I know it's not time machine compatible)? 2. I assume this can backup a couple devices. Have a g raid mini which is nasty for recoveries that I want to replace.

- Answer You can write and read files to the format style it comes with. To use as a Timemachine drive it will need formatted in apple format.

- Answer Yes, it will work for the Xbox One S. I wouldn't use this for the Series consoles though. The Series consoles need a specialty hard drive.
