Yes, you can, the Drive just makes the printer available over the network, you can do this if you plug in the printer in to the usb port on your wireless router as well (i.e. if the router has one). In any case the computer you are printing from will need to have the necessary printer drivers, the Seagate drive will just allow you to share any USB device over the network.
