Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Download the software on your ipad mini and/or phone via internet or playstore/app store, then put in your key code. But since you said had it for a year already, if it has expired on your computer, you will need to renew the webroot protection service first because they run concurrently, meaning you can't have it on your PC for 1yr, then put it on your phone for 1yr and so on. You have to have all 3 protected at the same time.

Please try again later.If you saved your WebRoot Antiviral Software box, there's a website where you should be allowed to download the link into your phone that will upload your protected software into your phone or other electronic device you may be using. If you're having trouble with this, take your receipt back to bestbuy and have geeksquad upload the software onto your electronic device for you. Good luck!
