Hi Johnny5, I've been dealing with this myself. According to a tag agency we need Segway to provide us with a "Manufacturer Certificate of Origin" in order to register the C80 eMoped in Florida. I have asked Segway support twice for this and have gotten nowhere. Electric scooters have been banned in Miami, FL so I cannot sue these on public roads without a registration. I hope to one day get the documents I need. I advise against getting this product for the time being (I bought it through Indiegogo).
