Hi there, I can guarantee it can go 28 mph for 25 miles the whole way. I weigh about 210 pounds, and I have no problems reaching my desired speed of 28 mph. Maybe it’s the mode set up, like Eco drive or Sport, or perhaps some adjustment you need to make through the app under Customize Mode Speed.
