Yep it has lights. One fairly bright LED head lamp just below the handle bars and also a rear brake light. When the scooter is on, just press the main button once to turn on the lights. Also when you brake the rear red light blinks (it does this whether the lights are on or not).

yes it does have a headlight, its bright, but definitely need to get additional lights if you ride at night consistently. In addition there is a small tail light/brake light and need additional lights for safety
