The strips are driven by one power supply in a line. If you were good with a soldering iron you could do this but once you cut the strip you also cut off the connector to put the second strip in line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So long as you solder the two strips together with wires, yes. I cut mine into three sections then ran extension wires between each so it fit my kitchen cabinets. Works great. It’s just a bit of a pain to cut the clear plastic away.
