is this product I pod compatible ? null

I would assume this is compatible with the Ipod, as I have an IPhone 4s and all functions with the volume, play/pause work with mine. I also like that this works for hands-free calling. Am able to answer and end calls with the controls. Not a push-to-talk, so answer and engage in conversation.. Hope this helps.
