• A:Answer So some troubleshooting that I would recommend is unplugging the headset and finding the driver on your desktop and uninstalling it then plugging the headset back in. If this does not work try looking online for other tricks that may help. If nothing works then you might have recieved a faulty device. If that is the case I would highly recommend giving Sennheiser another shot as their quality control is top notch and products are well worth the buy

• A:Answer I bought this headset from another online store. I had to buy a y adapter to use on my PS4. Reason, the supplied single cable for some reason didn’t work connected to the controller. Im now using the other cable which is close to 9ft. So, I’m going to send Sennheiser an email to sort that out. For that price, I expected it to work flawlessly since my 60 dollar pair of Astro’s did. But the Zeros do sound amazing and are comfy to play in.
