Q: What impedance rating does your G4me Zero have?
A: That is correct ... this headset ohm requirement has been reduced from 150 to 50 ohms (see my review). Sennheiser Tech Support: (877) 736-6434

Q: What do i do is only the left ear is working in the headphones after not even using them 10 times.
A: So some troubleshooting that I would recommend is unplugging the headset and finding the driver on your desktop and uninstalling it then plugging the headset back in. If this does not work try looking online for other tricks that may help. If nothing works then you might have recieved a faulty device. If that is the case I would highly recommend giving Sennheiser another shot as their quality control is top notch and products are well worth the buy
Q: Are the ear pads replaceable
A: Yes, it is replaceable.
Q: The 2.5 to 3.5mm microphone capable wire was chewed in half by a dog is there anyway to replace it?
A: Yes you can find replacement cables on eBay. Hopefully this helps you even though this question is 4 months old. If not, hopefully it answers other people's questions
Q: Do I need an adaptor to make these work on PS4 pro?
A: I bought this headset from another online store. I had to buy a y adapter to use on my PS4. Reason, the supplied single cable for some reason didn’t work connected to the controller. Im now using the other cable which is close to 9ft. So, I’m going to send Sennheiser an email to sort that out. For that price, I expected it to work flawlessly since my 60 dollar pair of Astro’s did. But the Zeros do sound amazing and are comfy to play in.
Q: does this come with a usb only recognize headset if they are connect with usb
A: This one does not come with a usb. It has two different adapters. Ths true gamimg headset has the better microphone. It says multiplatform compatible.
