I bought this headset from another online store. I had to buy a y adapter to use on my PS4. Reason, the supplied single cable for some reason didn’t work connected to the controller. Im now using the other cable which is close to 9ft. So, I’m going to send Sennheiser an email to sort that out. For that price, I expected it to work flawlessly since my 60 dollar pair of Astro’s did. But the Zeros do sound amazing and are comfy to play in.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I called the company directly - they said this headset plugs directly in. On the box it shows the different platforms it works with . You shouldn't need an adapter. It fits his xbox one, Samsung tablet and his Note8. It comes with two different connections. So you should be fine. It's amazing
