Hello, a couple questions first: Has it ever charged properly before, with the charge light displaying red first and then green? Is the light at the front top of the charger currently red? If no light is showing, the headphones may not be "seeded" properly on the base. Please carefully place the headphones on the top of the base in order for the charging indicator to display. Check that the charging unit is still plugged into the wall. Thank you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine took overnight, about 12 hours or so, to initially charge the batteries. After you use the headphones for 1-2 hours, it will take 2-3 hours to recharge. If your light hasn't turned green as of now, I would suggest contacting the store or manufacturer.
