I have purchased these headphones approximately 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately they are compatible with iOS and this is something Best Buy should definitely clearly state in the description of the product itself. I am using and Android phone and unfortunately the remote won't work with these headphones. However, the sounds is stunning and the remote for Android might be purchased elsewhere. Hope this helps.

The only thing I was able to do with the control is skip songs with a double tap to the middle button, and one tap to the middle button paused the song...
