• A:Answer You will have to call Best Buy get transferred to Digital Department to get the code sent to you. Don't use the chat, they will just tell you call Best Buy. I am still wait for them to send me my code. I did not have any issues with shovel Knight, that code was sent after delivery (promotions tab gmail).

Q: QuestionI have purchased this one and the ori box. But I can't find the download code no where on the recept. I have tried every set of numbers on the receipt. And I didn't get any kind of email from either purchase.

• A:Answer I had to personally ask the employees at checkout to get it with my purchase. Because mine was on sale, they had difficulties figuring it out. Several employees were called over and a lot of explaining had to be done. Eventually one of the higher up employees solved it.

• A:Answer If you are able to buy one online or stumble across one in-store at a local best buy then get it . So to ensure you can get it one way or another, I'd recommend placing the order online for pick-up or delivery it they come back but check at a local Best Buy store I just got one today and I wasn’t even expecting to find one myself.
