I think those numbers are arbitrary. Test it by turning a humidifier on and watch it freak out. It will drop to 10%-0% then go back up once it’s off
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The purifier cannot distinguish between bad or good air particles. What it does is measure the size of the particles like PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 or larger. There are some particles that are smaller than PM1.0, however this does not mean that the purifier is not filtering it, it just means the sensor cannot measure it. Therefore it is possible that the purifier says 100% clean when there are smaller than PM1.0 particles in the air. Your unit is probably not defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when you cook like frying bacon it will change. ours would go down to 98 or 96 then back to 100 but when you cook it will run faster and sometimes it will go down to 60 or 40
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just installed my unit yesterday and I know that the air is bad and has tons of dust in the air. I don’t understand why it shows good air when I know that the air has been full of hairspray and full of Lysol? I don’t know how to get it to not be loud, it’s very loud. I called the store to get someone to help me but I can’t get any help. I wanted to give this unit a chance, it’s huge and I only have a 600 sq footage apartment? Help!
