“Will this air purifier clean the air in entire house since it covers 1200 sq ft? Or do I need multiple for each room?”

I'd say you could expect it to work for the entire level that it is on. Might be a stretch to say it will purify rooms upstairs if it is running downstairs. We move it at night - works great. I put this filter on the main floor and just let it do it's thing. We noticed a difference within a couple hours.

Those areas probably won’t get as clean. It works best as a house air purifier and for out of the way bedrooms that really want the air to be cleaned. It’s best to get a bedroom size air purifier.
