“Does it have the hair removal ability for the rollers If not how hard to remove rollers for cleaning hair tangles?”

• It is very few easy to remove the rollers for cleaning purposes.

• No it gets hair in rollers but has a cover that easly pops off to clean

• Hello, We would like to inform you that the Shark® DuoClean® Lift-Away Speed™ NV771 Upright Vacuum does not have the Zero-M® Self-Cleaning Brushroll. With this being said, if hair does get wrapped around the brushrolls, they are very easy to access and clean. The top cover of the floor nozzle is removable to give you access to the brushrolls.
