QuestionHow does it handle electrical cords? Does it avoid them, go over them or try to vacuum them up?

- Answer It tries to vacuum them up, so you will need to put them out of the way or put the strip down for vacuum to avoid that area.

QuestionWill it pick up pet hair?? Along with bug such as water bug and spiders. Will it smear dirt if it goes across a wet spot in the floor?

- Answer It will pick up pet hair nicely. I would not use on a wet floor, however, I have not tried that. I don’t know about the bugs and spiders but I don’t see any reason that it wouldn’t. The only problem I have had is that my dog had an accident on our carpet that I had not found and the shark ran over it and smeared the mess. Lesson learned, check for pet accidents before you run the shark.

QuestionThe blue light on my shark IQ robot does not change to green. I sent prior question and received reply to remove brush, check to see no debris caught, clean sensors, etc. I followed the advice. Nothing was caught or tangled, but light stays blue. HELP!!

QuestionMy robot used to run for 60 minutes and now it only runs for exactly 30 minutes. We took it apart and cleaned it, however that didn't help. We have already been through 2 battery replacements and they are expensive. Any suggestions?

QuestionDusters suction motor stop working while trying to clean. Remove and empty bin and clean filters and remove blockages to assure nothing is reducing suction. I already did and it is still NOT working. I clean them out everyday. Help!!!
