• A:Answer I have not had any problems, it seems to float over any surface. For tile, I usually turn the power on high which turns off the roller and works extremely well. I had a Dyson that quit charging ( 2nd one) and they wanted $250.00 to fix it or replace the head. This being the same experience with them a 2nd time, so I bought the Shark, so glad I did, great battery life, great functions, great warranty.

• A:Answer We would like to let you know to clean the brushroll you would first remove the floor nozzle from the wand. Turn the floor nozzle over so the brushroll is facing up, using a coin turn the 3 locks counterclockwise on the bottom and lift the access cover. This will give you better access to the brushroll to clean and hair or debris on or around it.
