QuestionWhen the charger is plugged in to the vacuum the charging lights don’t flash. When I turn the vacuum switch on the light flashes nine times and then stops.

- Answer Usually I switch to a different plug in another room. I turn it on each option, bare floor, carpet, turn it off, then plug it in. Sounds weird but it seems like a reboot in my opinion. If that doesn’t work try doing the same steps with it plugged in

- Answer You do have to clean the brush. I clean my brush after every use, this way all the hair etc is easy to pull off.
