You can use any surface cleaner you like. Don’t fall for the “buy only shark products” gimmick they just want you to spend more money.

Empty the dirty-water tank after each cleaning for best performance. Since the unit would be purchased via Best Buy please contact their customer support to team for information on the return policy.
