I'm giving this 4 stars because the value is incredible, but the mopping function definitely has some flaws. My unit doesn't seem to regulate water usage well. It leaks even when it's on the dock or not in mopping mode, so the pad stays constantly wet. The water tank also runs out quickly. I have to refill it two or three times just to mop the whole house. If you can overlook the mopping quirks, it's still a solid buy for the price.

I bought this robot vacuum from beach as this is listed. One of the pins used to charge tge robot in the doc is broken and has been sence i took it out of the box. The tower/doc never get the dog hair or dirt out of the robot vacuum. You have to empty your self. Not sure why. Now the robot will not pick things up most of the time and we have lamanit floors no carpet. This is a bad refurb and not any wear near excellent condition. I have had mine less then a month and it is trash. Don’t waste your money

I absolutely love this vacuum and mop combo! I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, and my house stays clean all the time. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time and effort. Honestly, it has been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’m in love with it and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a clean home with less work!

Fairly easy setup and much quieter than my Roomba was

This little guy saves you a ton of time, is super easy to set up, and vacuums and mops at the same time. The app lets you set "no-go zones" and carpet areas, which makes this robot even better. Set it and forget it!

Works well. The part where the robot connects to charge on the dock is broken but still works. For the price it is pretty good. The dock sounds like a shop vac it is very loud when emptying the robot. But it works well. The app also isn't as user friendly as some of the other robot vacuums we've gotten in the past.

I bought a refurbished Shark robot, thinking it would work. However, even after letting it sit in its dock for 48 hours after receiving it, it still wouldn't turn on. It wouldn't charge. I couldn't get support directly from Shark, but I messaged the seller I bought it from through Best Buy. They responded very quickly and asked me to try a few things, but it still didn't work. As a result, we started the return process. I'm waiting.

When I bought this it was a great deal but it started leaking water from the mop water container. It was refurbished and I do not have the box so I don’t think I can return it there is any warranty. It worked well for the first couple of weeks and exceeded my expectations especially for the price but only working for a couple of weeks makes it less than 1 star but the performance before then was 5 star. I don’t think I’ll ever get anything refurbished again. I would recommend this product if it wasn’t a refurbished product.

I bought this refurbished unit. It came in quickly. It looks like it’s brand new original packaging, but it did have everything that would’ve been in the original packaging. It works fall asleep. I’m happy with the product. I would recommend.

Does what it is supposed to do. Took a bit to get used to and set up but I like it and makes cleaning so much easier for busy households!

Work decent not a solve all but a keep up on a daily clean tool.

This is the third shark robot Ive bought and they have all been great! I bought this robot vacmop for our finished basement.

Awesome but spring broke after 30 days. Other than amazing

Was a little skeptical on purchasing this product but i am very surprised on how well it mapped out the house the first of using it. Once its done cleaning it will go back to the charging dock and empty itself without any problems! Would highly recommend if you need help around fhe house if you are not home alot. Just set it up on what days you want it to clean, and no worries it helps alot!

It was a little challenging to connect to 2.5G internet. My only speed is 5. This machine is working well as I stay up on my floors.

Love this robot but had a lot of trouble getting it connected to the internet with my phone. Took several calls to Shark and a call to my provider. Once connected it worked wonderfully.
