  • QuestionHow well does it do with cords on the ground?

    • Answer If the end of the cord is exposed, it will suck it up. My phone charging cord by my night stand was lying out, and it sucked it up and stripped half the USB housing off it. If it runs over a section of a cord, it seems fine. But those are thicker cords than my wispy charging cord.

  • QuestionHow does the SHARK Matrix map the spaces to be vacuumed?

    • Answer From what I've observed, the "Matrix" seems to be a little different pattern. The normal pattern is to work the perimeter first and then criss cross the main areas. The Matrix seems biased towards the criss cross, and possibly with more overlap between passes. That's just my observation. Their literature bragging about it might be more instructive. As far as mapping, it shares the main house map. Different pattern, same map.
