• Dirt goes in a container you can dispose easily and wash. Very efficient and easy to manage. You will be amazed how much dirt it lifts.

• There is no bag but there is a small compartment built in to collect the dirt, you just pull it out when full and dump it in the trash can.

• If your standing behind the hand it's to your right and it should show you how to pop it out and empty it.

• The Shark powerhead has dirt that goes into a slot behind the brush.
