• no. You wouldn't be able to work all the buttons. It's not heavy, but it would be very awkward

• not a big fan of putting a MW on top of fridge , however if fridge is low enough , and the cord would reach , and i know living in NYC space is always a concern . Do the measurements for cord and the unit is low enough to fit under most low spots
