• Not sure why the answer from SHARP is no, but if you look at this microwave on their site, it says that there is an optional trim kit. http://www.sharpusa.com/ForHome/HomeAppliances/Microwaves/Models/R659YK.aspx The model number is the same as the one for sale here at BEST BUY.

• There is no trim kit. Plus, the microwave needs to have enough room for ventilation to keep from overheating.

• Thank you for your recent inquiry about placement of the R659YK. We are happy to help. We apologize but we do not have a trim kit available for this model. This model can be in a cabinet but we recommend 4" of clearance for the sides, top, and back of the microwave.
