“quality of the Sharp Panel There are differences as we all know between panels in terms of clarity, brightness, judder, and lag(eg, for gaming).....Can anyone comment on the quality of this panel perhaps vs other brands relative to some of the issues I mentioned? I have an LG 55"Smart TV two years old, and it is showing some signs of "stuck image retention" at times, and some deterioration in the over-all brightness of the unit. Just for example? Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All Roku TV's are made by the same company and in the same factory and branded by numerous manufacturers. Other than the size of the TV the panels are similar and so are the electronics. The exception would be the new 4 K models. In saying that these are not the fastest refresh rate TVs by a Long shot. For gaming I certainly would not recommend them.
