QuestionHello I just bought this tv this weekend. I was wondering if when you turn the TV on is there a setting for it to not to go to the home screen but automatically start with the cable box instead of the home screen for the tv.

- Answer Yes there is. I believe you can go to the cable box in the start up screen and option it to start up. I have that for satellite but I can't see a reason you can't do it for the other input options.

QuestionHow do I get a full screen instead of all this black space on each side of the picture? I've gone into the settings and it keeps reverting back to that strange ratio instead of widescreen like I originally selected.

- Answer Not worth fixing. Tvs today are disposable. Suggest getting a new one on Black Friday. Prices are real inexpensive.

- Answer In order to connect to a cloud device, you have to have a subscription to a service that offers it. For example, I have the Hulu service that offers cloud services. But Xfinity (which I also have for streaming), does not have a cloud service.
