QuestionCan this unit be used in an unheated garage where the temperature may drop to 20F. Garage is not climate controlled so humidity might be an issue.

- Answer It comes with a fairly long wire type antenna. Was a little disappointed in the reception we received with it. We got this for my in laws who live on the bottom floor of a apartment. Does not pick up stations well without antenna strung up and in sight. Have not tried AM stations

- Answer Hello, we do not recommend that additional speakers be added to the unit as this unit does not have such port. This unit can only connect to a Tablet or a Smart phone using the Bluetooth technology.
