A:AnswerIt has two feet rather than the solid base. The 55" model is approximately 49" wide and the feet are positioned approximately 6-7" from the sides of the tv. The photo is dark but I hope it helps a bit.

A:AnswerI called sharp. They state that this has something to do with the roku side of the technology. The person I spoke with stated that she owns a sharp product and has same issue. Bottom line, I need to save up some pennies to buy a sound bar.
A:AnswerI don't know why you wouldn't be able to. I run mine through a sound bar and I can mute the TV and crank up the surround sound. Your audio outputs on your TV connect to the audio inputs on your receiver and have nothing to do with your TV speakers. Or you can use a optical audio cable for even better sound,
A:AnswerI am not sure of the box size but the answer that is here 54 by 33 must be wrong. I'm assuming that is the size of the TV. The question is what size is the Box that the TV comes in.
